What Do You Do For Work and In Your Freetime?
We work in the automotive industry as professional photographers and have a history of living and breathing car culture.
With the concrete jungle of Los Angeles as their home base, they know how essential it is to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and submerge themselves into the solitude and stillness of nature. When the opportunity arises, they hit the dusty trail or wherever it may be that is calling their attention.
How did you start @Gondirtin with your Montero?
The Montero offered us everything we had hoped for. It was rugged, reliable, cost-effective, and looked so damn cool with a bit of dirt flung all over it. One thing led to another and we started to modify the spunky Montero to suit our needs for living on the road. What was meant to be a simple point A to point B weekend vehicle became a rig to carry us, and our two pets, out on a trail for weeks –and potentially months! Upgrades to suspension, tires, and adding a Roofnest rooftop tent helps us be a little more comfortable while out in the bush. we often find ourselves setting up camp in the late hours of the night, many times with the temptation to crash in the car vs setting up a tent. The super quick setup time on the Roofnest has been a real game changer. Nothing like a good nights rest on the road.
