Returns & Refunds

Rooftop Tents

If you cancel your order before our warehouse begins prepping the tent for shipment we’re able to issue a full refund with no restocking fee. Once the warehouse has started preparing the order (usually within the first 24–48 hours after the order is placed), there will be a $200 restocking fee.  To cancel within this window, you MUST speak to a team member for verification. After we have shipped your Roofnest or after you receive your Roofnest, we will accept returns of new, unused Roofnests in their intact, original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting our tents, the customer will be responsible for shipping to and from (depending on the location, an estimated $800-1400) and a $200 restocking fee.

NOTE: If the carrier delivering your tent is unable to reach you to schedule a delivery appointment and we are notified that storage fees will soon begin to accrue, the shipment will be considered refused as a customer return and subject to all applicable shipping to and return charges, plus the $200 restocking fee.

Any refunds processed will be refunded to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Roofnest is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping. If we do not receive the product, or they arrive damaged from when they left your possession, your return request may be refused.

Accessories

You may cancel your accessory order at any time prior to shipping and receive a full refund.

If your accessory has been shipped, we accept returns of new, unused items in their intact, original packaging for up to 30 days after your order processing date. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once we are able to process and inspect the item to ensure it is new, unused, in their intact original packaging, we can provide the refund.  This can take up to 4 weeks from when you drop it off at the carriers for us to complete the return process and inspection.

To return your accessory, please contact us at shipping@roofnest.com – you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and for any damage that occurs prior to Roofnest receiving the accessory back.

Roofnest Partner Product Returns

Some accessories sold on our website are fulfilled by partner brands, not Roofnest. All returns, exchanges, and warranty requests for these items must be handled directly with the original manufacturer.
