Roofnest provides a two-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects covering workmanship and parts that fail under normal use. During this period Roofnest, at our discretion, will repair or replace defective parts at no cost.
Roofnest does not cover problems due to misuse, neglect, or acts of God. The limited warranty does not cover cosmetic changes, such as discoloration or changes in the shell or tent material. If an item is considered “not properly maintained”, it may be subject to a warranty declination.

Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please submit the form through the link here. We ask that you fill out each question and include as many detailed photos and videos as possible, so that we can fully understand the issue. Once you have submitted the form, you can expect our team to contact you within 2-3 business days. The warranty process may take 3-5 weeks to complete.
If you made your Roofnest purchase through an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with your warranty claim If you are outside of your warranty period or need assistance with parts, please complete the warranty form for assistance.
